Print marketplace

We think you should use the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework.

What it offers

Using this agreement, schools can buy:

  • printed exercise books
  • branded subject workbooks for key stage curriculum activities
  • prospectuses
  • parent evening invites, and
  • many other printed items.

Print marketplace offers instant quotes from over 300 pre-approved suppliers based on a range of simple options, which can be held for 30 days. There is coverage across the UK, and 94% of the suppliers are small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

This is a compliant way to buy print, allowing you to choose a quote based on price, nearest supplier, lead time or even the carbon impact of the job.

Once you've selected a quote you can upload your artwork (or get design help through the system), choose your delivery options, whether you want to offset your carbon impact, and then select buy.

Benefits

  • expert advice and a live chat functionality
  • support for your sustainability goals by filtering quotes by nearest supplier or carbon impact, with the option to offset carbon emissions
  • a simple-to-use system which you can access through your web browser and create an account

All frameworks also offer:

  • compliance with the relevant procurement regulations
  • suppliers pre-checked by the approved framework provider
  • pre-agreed terms and conditions
